Waiting at the kiddy table while we wait for a table to bust.

League event 4 tonight — Short Deck NLHE. Not my favorite game, but nice to throw in some variety. I managed to min cash in 4th and hold on to the lead in the league standings. But Sean takes it down and is right behind me. In for $40, out for $74:

She stared into my soul. What else could I do?
You accept your fate and you itch the cat. It is the way......

My favorite part of the entire meetup was us bantering while Rusty yelled in your ear, then you looking at me and saying as dry as possible "you betrayed me".

It was Henry aka Not Henry, and I spoke the truth lol.

Pics from last night’s game. I managed to take down the tourney, thanks in part to a crazy suck out — I had AK and called a shove by 66. Flop came 633. But I hit runner runner KK for a better boat to knock her out.

Cash afterwards was a blast as always.

Don't mind the shove with AK...that's the exact spot that got me busted last time, AK shoved into 66, his 66 held. But man, getting there after the dude flopped a set - poor guy! LOL.

@MrCatPants teaching the crew Scarney. 6 way all in pre flop. The Degen is strong with this lot!

This was such a stupid hand - lol! Was really worried if this kept up the game was going to break in like an hour, but I think this 'taught' those 6 people that maybe you need to see a flop in scarney before you evaluate your hand.

Also, now PCF has seen this small portion of my pant leg, plus previously in another picture a portion of my arm. I shall never fully appear!

This happened the first time I introduced scrotum to my crew. Second hand, maybe 5th or 6th hand grand total on the night. Five players. Four way all in after the flop. I flopped the nut flush but got sucked out on the river by the board pairing and another player holding three of a kind. Rebuy x 3 lol

The people I host are typically the tightest players you can think of. Not because they’re patient but because they’re the most casual of players out there, playing only when I host. I implemented a bomb pot every 30 mins in our NLH games and like clockwork, they all become absolute animals during the hand.

A ton of laughs and all sorts of headaches with 4 & 5-way all-ins with uneven stacks. The best hand to watch but the worst to unpack after!

my friends only really play when i host, but they are by no means tight  :ROFLMAO:

Should take partial blame for this by raising Anders. I should have just called but I had something like 16 points in hand so couldn't help myself.

But similar shit happens when there is double straddle, triple straddle etc - there was one hand last week where the straddle got to $32.

Out of my group of regulars, I probably play the most tight of anyone. Lots of the others are loose passive. There are a couple that if they are betting out of position or if they raise you, they have the nuts and you should get out of the way.

Quality of play especially with circus games went up dramatically after that night with the four way all in where I had the nut flush, one other had an open ended straight draw, and the other flopped a lesser flush. They learn quick that hand values vary widely depending on what game is being played.
