We had our game last night, with a pirate theme. For those that don't like fish (both fried and baked tilapia), we offered hot dog pirate boats.

Had a great game Saturday night to break in the new chips. I must have done something right, as I avoided the customs curse and had a solid showing. First time hosting mixed games, and it was a blast. Played a rotation of crazy pineapple, double board hold ‘em, super hold ‘em, Omaha, and SOHE.

That was a fun game, thanks! I hadn't played some of those games, and the swings were pretty wild. I'm glad I had that lucky SOHE hand at the end - and I actually got a caller for my all-in! Nice chips too!

I agree with @One Eyed Dollar about the crazy swings, but I can't complain since I ended up $10. Not a mad score, but considering I had 3 buyins, I'll take it!!

Tonight is my league's end of the season freeroll, our "Battle for the Benjamins"
$1800 pot to play for.
8 make the freeroll, 4 get paid.
I squeaked in the 6th spot this season, so i have my work cut out for me since we base the freeroll chip stacks on total points scored during the season and final standings position.

Used the Soapy’s Parlor set again this week. I really like this set! Had 12 players throughout the night. Had all of the $5’s and $25’s in play and about 20 $100’s.

I had a lot of big swings from up about $700 to being down to $80.

Final stack, in for $300 out for $750 ish.
