25% tariff... :( Good thing I just stocked up in Scotland. I drank some of my Cadenhead samples while I watched the Blues raise the Cup banner last night.

Here’s one for the purist :)

Chambord and creme de cacao...70 proof artificially colored and flavored...I thought this was the whisk(e)y thread?

I called my local store about Skrewball about a month ago, and they said they couldn't get it. But now they have it. :D

I want to try it with chocolate liqueur. Maybe with half-and-half over ice?

Yes I can definitely see a place for it. I’ll try most things once!

Interesting taste tonight -- an entirely grape-based, somewhat grappa-like liquore from Albania. Supposedly never been available in the US. This bottle was brought here this week by a friend's father, who is visiting from Albania. A little anise on the nose, very smooth going down. Does anyone know anything about it?

My personal favorite right now is Auchentoshan. The Balvenie is a close second, and I usually have some Glenlivet around as a fallback. I haven't tried many bourbons yet, but I should probably branch out a bit.
Try Glen Keith if you find any...

I saw that this was labeled as 2020s best by Jim Murray. Never had it before so I figured I should pick up a bottle while at the store today. Not to mention I've been drinking more bourbon lately as it is a lot cheaper than Scotch. Got this 1.75L for $39.99. Insane.
