Afterward I give each chip a small wipe down by hand with a paper towel to make sure the distribution is even and to get rid of any shininess/glossiness due to the oil.
First time for these getting a proper clean, other then the quick wipe over after getting from original chiproom purchase in 2010, and now first time oiling.
Reading this thread has almost convinced me that I need to oil my Samurai Palace chips. They are still chalky and near mint from when they were bought in the original CT run so many years ago.
