Opinions on my Pokemon theme chips? (2 Viewers)

Finally was able to get the inlays done. Opinions?

If it makes you happy, great! But

I dont like it. I think the fonts are tough to read, the $100 looks like it says pooop, the NCV is off the label and theres a dark circle around the whole thing. Plus Im not a big fan of the AI-version of Pokemon. Gengar looks okay but the others are just oddly holding cards. The $100 and $1000 denom looks slightly off center.

Have Team Rocket go on top of the inlay. Pokémon middle. Denomination bottom.

Honestly I have no talent on Illustrator and I hired someone on Fiverr to make the files and a starting point. It looks like the designer got them off AI; I noticed on the first draft. I am not sure why its misaligned I think that is just PokerchipDesignTool.com and the PNG aren't in sync. I am hoping Tina can fix the NCV sizing when it gets printed on the chip.

I was hoping for more time to work on them but I fear the upcoming import tax and want to get them now because everything changes.

I would not rely on Tina to fix anything, maybe they can but they are not the greatest at quality control, do your own before sending it over. When she gets it its just an image file, she won't be tweaking and moving things around, they're the cheapest customs for a reason.

Yes, your designer used some type of AI software to create them and things aren't lined up. I can't speak to the tariff (LOL) but take some deep breaths and fix this before its wasted money and you're not happy. If you're talking about the next administration, you've got a while before that idea comes to fruition.

I'm not attacking you, I like the idea and I like the colors but definitely don't expect Tina to do any spot-checking. Your chips aren't finished.

I know you aren't attacking me. But I will double check them and see if I can work on lining them up better.

Maybe your right. Maybe Ill get Dunes of Arrakis instead and come back to this in a few years. Try to learn some more Illustrator and see if I can make my own or improve them. Ill think on it over the weekend.

The texts sems hard to read.
Just try to print at real size to test.

Also, if it's full printed ceramic, you shall be cautious with printing very small characters.

For the theme, it's up to you but as there is in-game the "Casino Rocket" or "Celadon Game Corner" for instance instead of just "Team Rocket".

I will try printing them out and see how it looks thanks for the idea.

Ya I didn't like those names. It is mostly a homage to Pokemon.

I like Gengar and the unowns. I'm not a fan of the other three, and Pikachu has a weird bulge if you look close.

I would order the Gengar as a single chip if you end up with extras to spare.

This is a cool idea! Have you considered adding a stroke (outline) on the denomination to provide contrast? It might help the values pop out more. It doesn't have to be a thick stroke, maybe a few pixels will do.
