Paymaster sample sets - GOCC ceramics (1 Viewer)

Really love those mock ups, especially the checkered background on the top right and the silver fill of the border line & the denom circle on the bottom right.

Put me down for sample set and DB.

I love everything about that design. A sample set and a db for me please.

Full playable set with 2 DBs. We'll work on breakdown later.

ok,ok, just kidding.

Ok so after talking with Erica today GOCC is currently around a three week turnaround. So even if I had my art ready today (which I don't) these won't be ready by S@P. There goes my dream of a meetup live unboxing. [emoji20]

So that leaves most of you needing to be shipped. If you are local you can pick these up whenever you are in next if you like. If you are going to WCB I am happy to bring them then as well. Also if you have an order for The Hitching Post Hot Stamp sample set I can package these with that and save you from paying shipping twice.

Just bring mine to Louisville, bunk in the Action Hero suite and bust the Thursday game. :D

The $1 is the only one with a fully finished car. It is very nearly a complete chip.

There are still some tweaks to be made on the chips but this is really taking shape. I don't think I will be doing the colored denoms. They seem like too much. Probably all black and while. The .25 will be more like version B below. Also for the .50 I am going to have him extend the car further out and have John use the arc of the ring to naturally cut it off.

And of course we still have the dealer button girl to get to.

Colored denoms are too much. My opinion, too.
They already look magnificent.

Looking sweet. Heresy tho to go with a quarter and a fiddy. Do a $2 or $500. :p

Change nothing. Add $2 and $500 as well for bossage.
Short of throwing a naked girl on the hood I have run out of ideas for action shots.

To which Courage of course will come back with, "so what's the problem?"

I think Tom has visions of mad quantities of fracs for limit games at a reasonable price. Just a guess, but that's the light that's lit.

Holy omfg, do those rock, even if just early mocks! I love the mix of different ways the art either stays within the circle, with some of it allowed to expand past the circle, and others cut off by the circle like it's a camera lens. The chrome work is exquisite. Conceptually, the whole way this has been transformed from your vision to actual chip artwork it is just amazing beyond words.

i dunno what you are paying your car artist guy and Johnny5, but imo, it is totally worth every. fucking. penny.

fwiw, black/white denom circles (like racing numbers), and extend the jagged car and cut off with the chip circle art. But you knew both of those already.

Chips look great. One question I have - does it need to say Driver: Buddy Jones or can it simply have Buddy Jones ?

I think "Driver: Buddy Jones" is more authentic to the period. Most of today's race cars (of all types) usually just have the driver's name. But back in the day, they actually wrote it out like that on the car roof.

OK - makes sense now.
