First *barely* warm day of late spring, a Hemingway Short Story and old fashioned.

I think this is my favorite smoke. A little small, but delicious!

Those are one of my favorites as well. I prefer the Work of Art as it's slightly larger, but the Hemingway line are sooooo good.

Thoughts on pairing wine with cigars? I usually just have water when I smoke but if I’m drinking it’s scotch.

That said, I’ve been getting more into nice wine recently and my friends are much more wine drinkers than anything else so I want to figure out some good pairings.

I have this great Zinfandel from Brecon Estates in CA that’s not too full bodied (?) and more acidic than most reds. I was thinking that could pair well with a Cuban like a LGC. The thought is that neither would overpower the other and the sweetness would pair well with the Cuban profile.

Anyone do this?

I could never see this working. Wine is a lot about the nose as well as the taste. The aroma and taste of a cigar would not be complimentary imo.

Cigars with rum, bourbon, scotch, coffee +++++

The shark is real solid. I find a lot of AF is pleasant but meh, the exception to that is hemingways and the sharks
