In Progress (ordering closed) PCFDBGB10 - GREATEST HITS (part 2) (40 Viewers)

I really need to stop changing the offerings. I had to do it at some point, and I'm calling it here. Sorry.

But I promise I will make them available in a future group buy, and I'll make a note to tag you when it happens, and the Small Arms DBs will be offered.
Sounds good man! Should be set with my current order

It's fine with me if there is enough interest. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe @Quicksilver-75 and @Ben8257 collaborated on the original group buy for these seating chips. You'll need to get permission from them in order for me to add it to the menu offering.
OK, I am tagging everyone I can find or think of that may be involved in the creation of the CDI seating chips. Guys, please respond if you are OK with @Himewad adding these chips to his upcoming group buy. Also, who has the artwork in case @Himewad needs it? Thanks!

Thanks again for putting on the group buy. Sorry I didn’t catch the suggestion thread but is there any way to add the “Small arms dealer” buttons with both color options? I’m not sure who holds the artwork but I’ve seen it floating around the site but haven’t seen it on any group buys.
I have a few extras if you need some.

No Isle?

No golf ball?

No Iron Man?

Disappointed Paul Rudd GIF

@Himewad Any possibility of adding the CDI seating chips to the order?

Is there any way to add the “Small arms dealer” buttons with both color options?

I'm a pushover. I have added the CDI seating chips (items JJ3 through JJ6) and the Small Arms Dealer buttons (T1 and T2) to the menu.

These will absolutely be the last changes I will make to this menu. No cap.

10/19/2024 UPDATE - I BELIEVE I FIXED THE ISSUES WITH LOADING THE IMAGES. IF YOU NOTICE SOMETHING DOESN'T LOOK RIGHT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. IF YOU ARE UNSURE, YOU CAN CLICK ON THE LINK TO THE GOOGLESHEETS SPREADSHEET TO VIEW THE ENTIRE MENU. YOU CAN FIND THE LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS FIRST POST.

@triton asked me to work with him on another monster dealer button group buy, so I'm back and better than ever. These have been requested in the "interest" thread that he posted previously, or hand-picked as popular items in the past. There are certainly plenty of options for you to choose from, and if you are new-ish here, there hasn't been a ceramic DB group buy of this size in about 1-1/2 years, so take advantage of the opportunity!

This group buy is for 60mm ceramic dealer buttons and 47mm ceramic accessory chips. Most of the dealer buttons have a rolling edge design. In order to get the rolling edge printed, there is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 9 (nine) per design. The MOQ for accessory chips is 20. If we do not reach the MOQ, we will not get the rolling edge printed (i.e. it will be plain white), so prior to ordering I would contact everyone to make sure they are OK with that. I just want everyone to be aware.

PRICING
  • 60mm dealer buttons - $5.50 each
  • 49mm dealer button (item R1 only) - $5.00 each
  • Item A1 (Teddy KGB Oreo) - $15.00 each
  • 47mm accessory chips - $1.25 each or $1.35 each (depending on final order quantity)
The buttons and chips will be produced by our go-to site vendor BR Pro Poker on their 60mm (DBs) and 47mm (chips) ceramic blanks. In addition to the prices listed above, SOME dealer buttons will incur a royalty fee (either $0.50 or $1.00) per DB and SOME accessory chips will incur a $0.10 royalty fee per chip - these royalty fees will go directly to the artwork owner/designer. Each item listed will clearly state whether there is a royalty or not (this task has NOT yet been completed).

ORDERING

If you wish to participate in this group buy, please place your order in the following manner:

A1 x 2
C3 x 1
E1 x 3
BB2 x 10
CC1 x 20

* If you need to revise your order, please post a new comment to this thread with your changes. Do not edit your original post or it may get missed.

DEADLINE

I plan to stop taking new orders at midnight on Sunday, November 3.
Once orders have stopped, I will begin to collect payments. The order will be placed with BR Pro Poker once all payments have been collected. Ideally, the order should be paid in full within a few days of requesting payments, and it should be another 3-4 weeks until I receive the order. Then, I will need another few days to a week to get everyone's orders packed up and shipped out. All shipped orders will receive a linked tracking number to follow your package's progress.

SHIPPING

I am totally willing to ship internationally, and I have done so many times in the past. But as we all know, there is a higher cost and a higher degree of risk with those shipments compared to CONUS shipping. I strongly suggest using a USA re-shipper just because small packages aren't cost-efficient, and they seem to take much longer than larger packages. I am willing to follow up with the USPS to try to track down slow domestic and international shipments, but once I give you your tracking number, there isn't much else I can do.

CONUS shipping:
  • $5.00 up to 4 ounces (tracked padded envelope)
  • $5.50 up to 8 ounces (tracked padded envelope)
  • $6.00 up to 12 ounces (tracked padded envelope)
  • $6.50 up to 1 pound (tracked padded envelope)
  • $10.00 over 1 pound (priority mail SFRB)
INTERNATIONAL shipping (based on my latest shipments):
  • up to 8 ounces is around $10 to $15
  • over 8 ounces and up to 2 pounds is typically around $20 to $30
  • these prices can be a little cheaper or more expensive based on proximity to the USA (i.e. Canada vs Australia)
  • over 2 pounds starts getting crazy

Happy to see the Suited and Royal DBs and Seating Chips getting another run! Since I got a couple questions via PM, yes, I gave permission to @Himewad to include them. Thanks for looking out for me!

@Himewad Not to complicate orders more for you, but would you consider allowing folks to buy multiples of the blank/star seating chips that come with the sets? To use them as tourney bounty rebuys? I regret not making that an option on the original group buy.

Absolutely. If people want to order multiples of the "star" side for any of these chips, they are welcome to do so. Just so people are aware of what we are talking about. This is the "star" side of the chips, if desired.

If you want to order some of the "star" side chips, just make it clear when you post your order.

OK, please ADD these to my previous items ordered:

1 x JJ5 - JAMES BOND (Seating - ORANGE - set of 10 chips)

@Himewad

Question, are the suites seating chips matching btw the suites and royal sets? Ie the face is the same and therefore usable for 8 tables? Or is it two sets of (4) four tables for seating? Unfortunately the image is not showing well on my phone.

Also for seating sets like these do they generally require multiples of each chip purchased to make them $ effective or will the contractor make individual chips with unique sides for multiple seating sets for approx the same $. I thinking this set may make a fantastic cost effective opportunity to upgrade from using playing cards for seats

You’re a saint for running this and we all appreciate it! I thought it was a heavy lift running the Powerball pool and this is way beyond that. Goes to show how much demand there is, probably just as much for a cut card group buy too ;)

Will there be the golf ball dealer button where dealer looks like Titleist? Please say yes!

Otherwise,

A1 x 1
F1 x 1
F3 x 1
HH1 x 20
Please update my order to below:

A1 x 1
F1 x 1
F3 x 1
HH1 x 10
H1 x 1
H2 x 1
S9 x 1
JJ5 x 1 (assuming x1 is for full set)
JJ6 x 1 (assuming x1 is for full set)

Yes, the face of the chips is an "All In / Bounty" design, and it has the same color scheme on all 8 versions.

From what I was told, if we get at least a few orders for each design, they will produce them for us.
