Watch cases from Amazon. Lots of different sizes. The only thing is they can get a little snug if the are in tuck boxes but works great. If the cards are lose I just separate with a chip divider.

My home game uses Desjgn cards so I store those in their original box but my local pub league, The French Horn, celebrated it's 10th year anniversary last year so I 3D printed 3 boxes for it, and threw some new cards inside as well.

They cost only $0.30 each. There's an MOQ of 1,000, but they're accommodating if you ask. In my case, I also bought 70 racks, which helped.

They fit all criteria for a single deck box!
Most decks fit even with the tuck box.
Some decks arrive only shrink wrapped (Fournier bridge).
Bridge size box is perfect for these.
