2-2 plo, 5 to go. 1 limp, hijack makes it 25, I cal button A982ds with nut hearts and spades. Both blinds call, one limper calls. 4 handed to flop. I have $360 left, all cover.

Everyone is very loose and overplays hands. Hijack is stuck $3k. He has overplayed hands but has also run bad.

Both blinds call down very light, SB in particular. BB likes to donk bet a lot. Limper was stuck a lot but is on a heater and maybe only down 500. Their pre flop ranges are very wide.

Flop come T 7 5 rainbow with one heart. Checked to hijack who bets 75. Action?

I'll keep it short and simple, fold.

You have an open ender and a back door flush draw. Unless you catch the 6 to make your straight you are vulnerable to a lot of wraps if you catch the J.

Unless you want to pot it and get your stack and hope for a huge multi-way pot and to just get lucky, fold.

I agree. This type of hand is a trap for hold'em players. The OESD looks solid, but in Omaha the wrap and the various redraw prospects greatly weaken the drawing value of the hand.

Preflop is also a problem due to Hero's short stack. The hand doesn't work together all that well. It isn't a bad hand and the position is best, but Hero is going to face a low SPR with a hand the rarely flops better than a 9 out draw - maybe acceptable for hold'em but not so good for Omaha.

I see this as a sigh/fold both preflop and on the flop

The set-up makes it sound like running hearts are about to show but this is a comfortable fold for me. Rather not put my whole stack in for a flush draw and I got the feeling at least one set is lurking right now. Even if the flush is made, a 5 on the river and we done, son.

If you call there's $250 in the pot and leaves you just over the pot correct?

I suck at PLO but I fold. And I'd be really tempted to call.

Fold preflop. Fold the flop to that bet.

PLO offers much better spots than half-connected hole cards and open-ended straight draws. Save your money for one of them.

I ended up folding, primarily because of my poor relative position and fear of duplication. But I am not sure. This is a 500 cap game and hard to build a stack without taking a chance.

I am never folding this hand on the button for one raise.

If I had two backdoor flush draws I think I would have shoved to try to clean up spade outs.

The board did not come running hearts.

I don't think this spot was anywhere near that close on the flop...look to multiple draws to semi bluff in plo. 2 pair+flush draw, wrap+ flush or set. Naked straight draw is pretty bad...even with 2 backdoor flushes (1 is not even close to nuts)
