Nope ... I messaged @SixSpeedFury this weekend because I sent him my info a couple weeks ago and hadn't heard back and he said he'd be sending the box this past weekend so we'll see if I get it in the next day or two.

I wish I had taken a picture at the FL meet-up early one morning, when he showed up on the screened porch with a soda and a block of cheese almost the size of my head.... and ate almost the whole damn thing in one sitting.

I just asked him if it was Colby (it was). Seeing my bewildered reaction, he simply muttered, "They don't call me Mr. Cheese for nothing."

Our Canadian friends showed up last night with a block of 9-year-old cheddar from a cheese maker near Sarnia. Now *that's* cheese!

Well in my defense the gas station I bought it at only had medium cheddar so I opted for long horn Colby. Desperate times call for desperate measures when you need a cheese fix!

I live 6 minutes from a cheese factory that makes divine cheese. My personal favorite is 7 year aged cheddar. 10+ is good but I'll still take a 7-8 over it.
