Poll: Most Coveted Paulson Set (1 Viewer)

Some discussion happened on my Pr0n thread about the relative “ranking” of different sets I own, and the variance in opinions was interesting to see. I thought I’d run this poll on sets I specifically own. (I know there are a lot of other coveted Paulson sets, but it felt pointless to list some and leave out others for lack of knowledge, so kept it to a finite list I know of and have.)

The wording of the question swayed my choices here. I feel like starlites and lakeshores are a close 1-2 for my favorites, but in the fantasy universe where I actually had one of those, I’d want Binions next, just because of the history.

My vote is for lakeshore and starlite. But i feel that you need a custom CPC set.

Sure, all the minions won't fawn over it like they will the paulsons, but it's much more personal.

I figured as much. It is rather nice to have the photos for the sake of comparison... but even better yet to have samples

Yep. CPC, ASM, Burt, Portland Billiards, and any other incarnation that I've forgotten were around looong before Paulson.
It's the original chip....

Binion's and Coke Giraffes for me, only sets where I think every chip is hot. Starlite in third. The other sets have maybe 1 or 2 chips I like, but the others not so much.

I agree completely. I love my Paulson sets, but there was something about the process of putting together my own CPC that was immensely satisfying. I can honestly say, the anticipation of receiving those chips is greater than for any of the minty Paulson sets I’ve ordered before.

I definitely am looking forward to those pangs of anticipation while I wait for my custom set to arrive. I can’t even imagine what it will be like to see what’s been in your head and mock-ups show up as tangible, tactile objects.
