Here are all the entries received and we have a very impressive 50 contestants! I will use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to select the 11 Jockeys. After the Jockeys are chosen, you will be assigned your Horse by a drawing, in the order chosen by the RNG, from a shuffled deck of cards which will contain the 2 to Queen of Hearts (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and Jack = 11 & Queen =12). Once the Jockeys are assigned their Horses, I will roll a pair of dice to determine the 1st Horse scratched from the race and continue 3 more times until 4 Horses are scratched. After that there will be about 1½ hours until the start of the race at 12:00pm EST. Since this is a horse race it would be cool to see some of you gamblers at heart make some side bets. I'd suggest making an offer in the comments with directions to follow up in a Private Message. Ex: "I'll bet $10 on Horse #7. Any takers send me a PM". You can work it out anyway you think of. For the record, to help avoid collusion, should I receive any PM's during the race regarding betting I will screenshot and share immediately. I hope everyone has some fun following this whether you're a Jockey or simply along for the ride.
