The younger generation is pretty insane. Ive always been a consol gamer and im just now stepping into the PC ring at age 27. Its been overwhelming haha, and expensive! My son is having a friend build a new computer for him too. He’s a gamer. I’m afraid that I’m no help there. Would be great to be that tech savvy
It is overwhelming at first, and while it is expensive, you save TONS of money by building it yourself, and building it has never been easier. I built mine a couple years ago and spent about $1100 on parts. Three weeks after I built it, Best Buy was selling a tower that had the exact same hardware as mine for $2750. Take your time and learn the build process (it is WAY easier than everyone thinks) and you won't regret it.The younger generation is pretty insane. I’ve bought and built gaming computers for years but it ends up being used mostly for email, Amazon, Netflix and PCF. It does it exceedingly well thoughThe younger generation is pretty insane. Yeah I plan on doing it all myself. Parts are easiest from www.newegg.com. They have a "PC Parts Picker" (or something like that) on their website. It will help you avoid picking parts that are not compatible with each other.Yeah I plan on doing it all myself. And sourcing parts as well
