I really wish we could buy these chips again. I feel like they were one of the best sets out there.
In terms of design appeal, I find them unmatched by almost any other set. Unfortunately, I have enough Proteges by this point to confirm that they suffer from variations in quality control. It makes buying them very speculative. One day soon I'm gonna start a thread to document some of the differences, but I haven't gotten around to it yet..don't have enough Proteges.
