Public Tina Hybrid mold part Duex (7 Viewers)

Cactus would be cool if we could get spikes on the cacti

Adding a few more +cactus. Spikes on cactus not showing well at this size. I really like the cactus/camel, but would be concerned on mass-appeal/use case.

Edit: less Cacti.. alt2 (yep, love this)

I get that the mold does not have to corelate to the theme of the chip. Just trying to wrap my head around the carrot I guess. Never seen it before, personally, and having trouble conceptualizing a finished product with it I guess.
I kind of like the inside joke nature of the carrot/stick mold. Honestly, if someone not in the know got their hands on some, they likely wouldn't be able to tell what they are, unless the labels represent the carrot as well. The CPC jockey mold is similar, as you can't really tell that it's supposed to be a jockey.

I think of it as a homage to “going down the rabbit hole” doom that most members are victims of.

“On the internet, a rabbit hole frequently refers to an extremely engrossing and time-consuming topic.”

I think if you look PCF up in the dictionary that’s the exact definition.

With an assist from Cratty - I just slapped this together with the inspiration of casino name molds like "BELLAGIO" or "ARIA" or "CAESARS PALACE"...

But going with a more universal name - "CASINO"... could also use "PALACE" or something similar.

How about 12 stars, and alternate orientation with point up and point down between the two borders?
THIS! The star orientation was tilting me.

Also, is there room to make the stars a little bit bigger, without separating the lines any further? I think I would be good with 10 stars if they are a little bigger, but I would also like to see 12.

Sun v2.. pivot from circle-diamond previously. (also confirmed no problem with David from CPC)

I like his a lot. Might be cool if the center of the diamonds had a crease and each side had a different texture or angle to give the diamond some depth and pizazz.

I also really like that CASINO or CARDROOM or something around the edge.

I think later tonight I'm just going to make 20 versions of the star mold. Ha

I like the Sun v2, four suits, and the border patterns I mentioned before most so far.

While I'm thinking about it, will this be a vote somewhere or how will it be decided which one?

Another thought is.....

Making the Greek mold without the outer ring, pushing out the "Greek" design out a bit, and make the inlay/label a bit larger... 28mm would be nice. :sneaky:

A Jolly Roger mold could be cool. Maybe a bit too theme-specific, but fun.

Yeah, I tried it previously (skull & crossbones, just crossbones, and then a couple variations of crossed swords). In general they all came out either too theme specific and/or didn't work well at the small size. But willing to take another stab.

Treasure chests?

Parrots and Sailing Ships?

Lions & Castles or Crowns based on pieces of eight motifs -https://www.aussiecoinsandnotes.com/pirate-money-piece-of-eight-replica-pack

It's not something I would want, but I (like many others) really appreciate the effort you've put into this. It's fun to dream! I'm sure we'll end up with a lot more great Tina molds for the community over the years.

Yep! Time to make a book of molds, ha.. but honestly my opinion is also along the same lines.. if we come up with a hundred ideas, we're bound to find a couple amazing ones. Already a few big surprises for me.
