What's the safest way to purchase a set from another member to ensure other party is not only real, but will honor their side of the transaction?

Scams here are rare, but there are some steps you can take to minimize risk:

- check user feedback (with a grain of salt, really bad transactions will be there but semi bad experiences with eventual happy endings are usually not mentioned at all).
- use PP goods and services as payment method.
- befriend some long term members and ask their advice about certain deals/sellers you feel uncertain about.
