10 40mm please.
That is 10 racksSo simple question....is one rack considered one piece or two? For example in a standard 1000 chip birdcage in a stacked design with top and bottom of each rack stacked on top of each other is that ten(10) racks or twenty(20) racks? Just for clarity?
Considering how to organize my mess-o-chips.
Is this 10 or 20 racks?

I'll take 20 x 40mm
I’ll pm you for 5 more racks. These things fit so right. Try them once and you’ll never buy the old ones again. I’ll be doing a complete overhaul of my racks in the next month to these racks. They fit easily together and the material is not so stiff and brittle that I need to worry about cracking or chipping of the rack. 11 thumbs up on this find!
I will fill these orders tomorrow. Will also count inventory after that. Still have a few left and have 2000 more that are on the way hereI need 40 more 40 racks, got them? How many fit in the original box? 50? Might need 50 then.

Looks like those vertical bars are flush with the inside walls of the rack. So even if you remove them, you wont gain any more space.Any thoughts on how to get that tiny bit of wiggle room needed for a barrel that’s too snug? I have a LGK set that is so close to fitting.
I’ve been trying to think of a good way to remove the tiny vertical bars on the sides?
Dang. Haven’t really studied them close yet. Any ideas? I was really hoping to switch all my racks over to theseLooks like those vertical bars are flush with the inside walls of the rack. So even if you remove them, you wont gain any more space.
The only way I have ever seen is a VERY light sanding. Sounds crazy, and I personally wouldnt do it, but it has been done by a few folks.Dang. Haven’t really studied them close yet. Any ideas? I was really hoping to switch all my racks over to these

So I took a chisel to the little vertical bars on one slot in one rack, scraping away 8 little bars. Worked quite well but looks quite ugly. The only way I have ever seen is a VERY light sanding. Sounds crazy, and I personally wouldnt do it, but it has been done by a few folks.
