Don't quote me on this but I just watched a video drawing that said 9/6/16 pick 4 night drawing... no idea if it was right seeing it's not draw time.

If it was accurate the winner is BG with 53xx (think it was 5302 not that last 2 digits matter). Here's hoping it's wrong
