I don’t understand the delta. People who want the delta are out of luck. Just buy the new 55 or whatever card deck, or don’t.
I thought the new order was going to be a bigger deck. Maybe I was wrong. And I’m gonna shut up now, because I’m not the one putting in the work.

You end up with a GB buying 2 different things - some people buying an 50 card deck, some people buying an 8 card deck. People buying the 50 card deck get a better price per card because it's a bulk order, the 8 card set up costs more per card. Do you charge proportional shipping, or just peanut butter spread it evenly? Then there's the logistics on finding the 6-8 new games everybody agrees on (that's going to be a fun one itself). I'm happy to run an add-on GB after, I think there's enough demand if we can agree on games. But there was also a lot of demand for people to get the original base games, so I went with the easy re-run first.

I think what Frank is getting at is don't worry about the first GB being different from the second, just do 55 cards (whatever the number is) in the second buy. If someone someday wants to run a delta GB, that's a separate deal.

That said, I'll echo that you're doing the work, you'll get no complaints from me either way, really appreciate it.

Ahh, that makes more sense fair 'nuff - not offering the 'upgrade' to the original GB buyers, just offer the new deck. I may regret not doing it that way, but really wanted to get the second GB running as there was demand for the base.

Yes, I'm going to be looking for the cheapest option to ship (from Texas) for everyone. Depending on size of orders, that's likely going to be USPS flat rate boxes/envelopes, etc.
