Royals 5c label (1 Viewer)

Hello, I have Royals and planning to make 5c labels. I want it to mach all other original labels.
1. Does any one have file with Royal design? I will put 5c in there my self
2. what finish the original label is? I assume it is printed on vinyl and laminated
