End of the session last night. In for $200, out for $484.

Just wasn’t our night tonight….

1/2 at The Lodge in Austin. In for $610 + $60 in time, and cashed out for a big fat $0.

Lost the first bullet with top two and nut flush draw vs. middle sat. 13 outs, ran it twice, couldn’t hit on either board.

Bullet two trickled down to $100 before we ran it back up to about $500. Then lost two big ones.

-Cold 4bet a middle position open to $125 with QQ. Late position cold calls, and the initial raiser and 3bettor both fold. Get it all in on the flop for $99 more on a J63 board with 1 heart. Late position has JT with the T of hearts. Goes runner runner flush to scoop it.


-Few hands later, I open JJ UTG to $15 and get 3 callers. Flop is 743hhc. Bet $30 and all 3 players call. Turn is a 7c. Jam for $165, and get called by picked AA that trapped preflop and didn’t raise flop.

Games were good and stacks were deep, though. Max or $300 for the $1/2, but plenty of $1k stacks on the table. Just couldn’t get the run good on my side of the table.

The uncapped 5/5 livestream game being played next to us had a $25k pot and a $40k pot though, so that was wild to see.

Binked my last tourney back home before heading West. Another player and I chopped one guy’s bounty and he pretended to break it in half - but it actually broke, so we both kept half and got paid $5 instead of $10 at the end.
