I initially thought tips, but waitresses take cash (and it's easier than exchanging bills for chips), and $1 dealer toke in a $20-$40 game feels cheap, even for a nit like me.

Well most people here tip the waitresses in chips, and I usually tip $1 or $2 in a split pot and at least $2 in a scooper. More if it’s a yuge pot.
