Took a shot at MSPT Ultimate Deep stack, ran decent most of the way.

Not much going for the first 4 levels then finally a double up when my TT > AQo.

Another double up+ when my AK > JJ against my old friend.

I trap from small blind with AK, bb raises, I shove, bb snap call with KK.

Im saved when an A is the flop door card . . . (followed by a the case K).
Dead to an A which doesn't come. Has me barely covered and that's my night.

125 entries, 15 paid out in about 45th. Good times regardless bu you have to win your flips.

This is really cool. I wish my family lived closer together. I would do this for sure. But most of them are up north and we only meetup every 3 years at Christmas, plus weddings and funerals. I might do it anyway.

So did you get extra foam to put under that topper? I hear they are very thin and don't work too well on a hard surface.

Yeah, it's always fun... although I laid an egg this year... :confused

Only got the one tabletop, so I'm not sure what it's like with two. Yes, it is a bit thin, but I did not have a problem with it at all...

Nice idea to re-use of the prescription pill bottles.

Nice run but....Why do all the chips look peach colored lol.

Casino or homegame, cash or tourney, this is the thread to show us your live game stacks.

I'll start. 1/3 NL game at an underground club here in NYC. I was still on tilt from my monumentally terrible performance at DCS this past weekend, both in the tourney and (more importantly) at the cash tables. Since I haven't played in the underground clubs in a while, I must've been a cypher for the regs, who gave me zero respect, even though any hand I showed down was strong. Notable hands, with me raising and betting all the way and, in each case, at least one person calling my all in: Pocket AAs flopped a set, turned a boat. Pocket KKs flopped a set.

Two buy-ins totaling $500, cashed out for $1,940.

Last Wednesday night. In for $200, out with $1,965 on a 1/2 game. Then won another $100 on a 8 card, face up, best hand (not sure what that’s called).

And playing with chips that anyone can buy off eBay for less than 10c per. No security.
Yep, this is a game with a bunch of older guys that have been playing once a month together for 20+ years. I was invited in and immediately suggested we get new chips. That’s a big reason I joined this forum is to see what’s out there. Those old chipped chips will be replaced at our next game with what I’ve come up with so far.

that's called a "flip"
Nice! Thanks!
