Nah. If that's 20/40 or 30/60 it's possible you'll need around a rack or a rack and a half per hand. He just needs to starting going up instead of out

For a stack of $6000+, I'd rather a 1-2 racks of nickels, 1-2 racks of quarters, and the rest in hundos.

That would be wildly inefficient for limit games at the stakes mentioned. Most of these games play best with primarily one denom.

I've never played at those stakes, but I don't see how it could be that bad...

$60 BB = 12 chips or 4 chips.
$240 capped raise = 48 chips or 6 chips

I get how it gets to be the norm to cut stacks of $60 chips and just count bets (as opposed to dollars), but I dont see how it would be that inefficient.

Foxwoods used to spread 20/40 using nickels. Wonderful having that many chips but a pita when players spread it out like that.
