This post didnt age well.Let’s go Buckeyes
probably not, although if the demand exceeds supply, there will be some sort of a random drawing...1 per person, if able? Again, having a big game is a blessing and a curse.
Is this 1 set per person? or are you able to combine Set 1 and 2 for a 1000 chip set that fits nicely in a single birdcageThere are no T1, T5, T100 sets being offered... All three sets that will go on sale are basically T25 sets, but I am pretty sure people will create their own sets, some smaller and some larger than initially being offered. Some of the other denoms (T1, T5, NCV, etc.) can and very likely will be used to create cash sets out of the hot stamps...and some will be murdered...a few may even decide to create T100, T500, or even T1000 sets. The set is very versatile and flexible, given there are 10 chips from NCV to T100K.
I had plans of releasing the set breakdowns and prices by today, but was traveling and just got back...will post all details by tomorrow afternoon (if it wasn't known by most, I am always talking about EST/EDT/NYC time... )
But just as an added response to @yeahfkyeah ... these are the three hot stamp breakdown that will be offered next Saturday (January 7th):
Single Table 400 chip set: 120/120/60/80/20
1-2 Tables 600 chip set: 160/160/80/160/40
High Roller 1500 chip set: 320/320/200/300/200/100/60
Stop being so greedy. Is this 1 set per person? or are you able to combine Set 1 and 2 for a 1000 chip set that fits nicely in a single birdcage
haha...Just looking to leave those extra 500 chips available for someone else instead of selecting Set 3Stop being so greedy.
I can’t wait to see what kind of scraps are left over after the golden ticketers nosh their way through the prime meat…haha...Just looking to leave those extra 500 chips available for someone else instead of selecting Set 3
For severe OCD types, yea you can order set 1 and 2 …Is this 1 set per person? or are you able to combine Set 1 and 2 for a 1000 chip set that fits nicely in a single birdcage
I have no idea what the actual demand will look like.
Damn! I missed the original
This is sad.
BTW, did you guys ask about that flower pattern on the Cle Horsehoe primary $500?
Then you shouldn't have made them so freaking awesome...The ncvs were never designed to be a “set”.
So, the “Tiger Palace” Paulsons were designed from the ground up as someone’s ideal custom set? That is not the impression I get. Rather, it seems like at least two people had to agree on a mutual design that would pass the GPI/Paulson sniff test to get produced. If either person could have designed their ideal custom set, would it really have been any of these three sets?Weirdly enough someone did that very thing with Paulsons. They are called "Tiger Palace".....let me see if I can find you the link
Come on.pass the GPI/Paulson sniff test
Ifeithera person could have designed their ideal custom set, would it really have been any of these three sets?
This is probably going to get answered in the next few pages, but I'll ask anyway.I am pretty certain people will put those together at some point... I am envisioning a robust secondary market activity after the chips go on sale and get delivered as people will try to bulk-up some sets and even create other playable sets from scratch.
Initially there will be a 400pc, 600pc, and 1500pc tournament sets that will become available for sale (all hot stamps) and the cash sets will be for $0.25/$0.50, $1/$2, $2/$5 and $5/$10 games (both primary and secondary).
Like you, I’m not privy to any details from this or any of the other GPI buys, so I really have no clue/basis. Thus, the questions.Come on.
Nobody was sniffing.
You don’t need to be a bloodhound to smell these from the next county.
I’m not privy to any details but there’s no way GPI thought these were being made for an actual casino.
Really? You, and at least two others, must absolutely loves you some Tigers then!Yes!
I used to feel to exact same way about all nagbs.Come on.
