I don't believe the decks have been shipped to the US yet. And there might even be unclaimed and/or unpaid decks available, but you'd have to ask @xdan to know for sure.

I'm not sure if there are any extra available decks in the package that's currently en route to the US. You might want to sit tight and wait for that to make it to whoever is handling the CONUS reshipping. You might luck out if any are unclaimed at that point. Sorry that I can't be more helpful.
