You mean a full set of eight. But only the four suits sets are being made available, not the four heraldry sets - which may never be offered again. This may be your only chance to get half the sets.

Seriously, though, I think the suits sets have a lot more broad appeal. They're worth getting, even if all you do is loan out some of them to someone else without worrying so much if you'll get them back soon.
 
I suppose I'm in for all four. I have a 50-person tourney set of the Dunes coming, but only one table's worth of seating chips (the dragon variety that he produced last). Buying all four suits would give me five tables worth of seating chips to match the tourney set. Good enough for me. All four suits. Lock it up.
 
In for all 4.

It would be great if I could get the extended set or even a super extended set for 12 tables.
 
Okay guys. I'm working on getting the group buy sets posted on the site. They'll be up later today. Give me a chance to get them up and I'll post when they are ready for ordering. I've got to figure out the best way to list them and get all the postings edited etc. It's a bit of work. I've got a bunch of other group buys going at the same time so I'm pretty busy right now. But it looks like you guys really want to give this set a go again. That's great.

As for how long it needs to be listed. Well we have to leave it up long enough to meet the minimums. I am told that the minimums have been met for all the sets. So then we just have to consider how long it will take for all of you to purchase your sets. I'll leave that up to you guys.

Let me know by replying if you need a lot more time. I don't want to close it and suddenly realize that we should have left it open longer. So get the word out and let me know if there are any concerns about timing on this.

I'll let you know when everything is open and ready for purchase.
 
I think leaving it open for two weeks with nitzilla alerting the troops would be enough time. Let it go until after Dec. 1 payday for some people is also a thought.
 
@OldWestPokerSupplies after the order closes how long would it take for us to receive them? I believe some people are getting these for Christmas presents. Just something to think about when considering the closing date.
 
I would think 2 weeks is plenty, plus you'll more than likely get even more orders in that time frame.
I'm planning a large PM with all voters once I have the pertinent details, that should be a good reminder, and I would do one at the 1 and 2 week marks as follow-up.

Can't wait to order! ;)

I have (and do) run it both ways.

Most of the time, a player only loses his/her bounty chip when eliminated from the tournament.... otherwise, they are forced to buy additional bounty chips when re-buying. With relatively high-cost bounties, I usually have just one. With cheap bounties ($5), I'm more likely to have multiples.

ONE WEEK LEFT - GROUP BUY CLOSES AT 11:59PM MONDAY NOV. 21ST

Hi Guys,
I wanted to get this message in at the start of the week.

I know there was concern about getting these done before Christmas. I don't see that being an issue at all. However, I do not want to start printing until all orders are placed.

We're very close to meeting the minimums. I can easily move forward with what we have because I'm positive the remaining sets will sell. The problem is the numbers don't match the poll/interest thread numbers (shown above). We're far below those estimates. Going to print and leaving 1 sets of each suit out would be a disaster because we wouldn't have enough to meet the minimums for a second run. I hope that makes sense.

Current sets sold:

Spade Sets: 27

Heart Sets: 24

Diamond Sets: 23

Club Sets: 21

We need to make sure we get everyone taken care of. Leaving it open for another week will help. Make sure that everyone knows there is only one week left.

So I am posting it here and in all the forum threads. Make sure everyone who had an interest knows the deadline please.
