So I played in a tourney last night and the guy that ran it (dealer for hire) had these chips. I asked where he got them and he said Sunfly. I asked about the inlay and he said they were “off the shelf” from them. They appear to me to be Tina’s. Does Sunfly make cheap ass ceramics?? Also the “they had these in stock for $1/“ felt weird as well.

They're not cheap, especially with shipping.

Apollon chips is their retail site.
I think you might be missing the point. No, SunFly chips are not inexpensive. But this gentleman is showing us a cards mold Tina chip.

So Apollon gets some of their chips from Tina.

Change my mind.

It’s more complicated than that. I’ll snap a picture later but CPC dye sub chips that they sell also have a cards mold that they’ve had offered for quite a long time IIRC. Now those could also have been from “Tina” far enough through the supply chain but my assumption is that cards molds was kind of a free for all (like dice chips) when Tina in particular started making chips.

Probably fair to say, yes Sunfly’s cards molds are a cheaper outsourced product (just speculation though)

Probably not fair to assume that they’re specifically from the factory we call “Tina

They are Tina's for all I could tell....I was just wondering when he said "Sunfly" that it felt a tad messed up if a reputable manufacturer like Sunfly would use Chinese knockoffs and sell them as Sunfly...guess I just know the quality difference. Appreciate all the commentary here.

We are still offering the Ravenor Classic. However, please speak with our salesperson before placing an order to minimize the tariff.
