As a reminder, all 8 contestants who are still alive have officially won a prize. The winners will all meet in the Final Four and battle it out for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place. Those four players will split up the big prizes, shown below (yes, I added one additional DB to each big prize pool):
REGIONAL CHAMPION PRIZES:
The four match losers in the regional finals won't go home empty-handed, though. Each will receive a NUTS dealer button plus 2 poker size NUTS cut cards.
REGIONAL FINAL LOSER PRIZES:
As if that weren't enough, all 56 players who have been eliminated to this point will be eligible to win one of five consolation prizes. Every player will be assigned a number based on the round they lost and their region (i.e. the losers in round 1 of region 1 will be #s 1 thru 8), and a random number generator will pick five numbers to determine the winners.

Tournament Director Mason has fully recovered from COVID (he was fine but was testing positive thru Sunday). And on Monday he moved into his college apartment. But he has been provided with the remaining matchups, and he will be recording the rest of the matchups himself along with his friends. So the commentary will almost certainly get better with me out of the picture. Hopefully, the four regional final matches will get posted later tonight.

I just received word from Tournament Director Mason that he and his friends were "too busy" to record the Smash Bros. matches last night. With a quick clarification that "too busy" equated to "we forgot." Dang kids!
He's living in his own place now, so I have no control over this rebel and his accomplices ... I mean friends.
As soon as the videos are recorded and posted, I will post them here.
