I had an idea to do a modern day twist on the Rounders KGB chips. Think, Teddy opened another club, changed chip design for security, etc.
I would use a similar image to one of these. Use the same font as the original for the denominations, and around the top and bottom have something like KGB poker room, Teddy's Poker Club, KGB poker Club, , KGB Mad Russian Poker Room, etc.

Most likely a decal over true customs.
