The Best Ceramic Chip Design You Ever Saw? (3 Viewers)

I'm toying with the idea of a custom set of ceramic chips. I have a 1000 chip set of custom ASMs I've been using since 2002-2003 and I love them. However I was limited to 7/8 centers back then and I always liked the larger unlimited print surface of ceramics. My Father is a retired art director and graphic artist who is very creative. I think we could really come up with something awesome but I need ideas to show him.

So, I'm interested in seeing what you would consider your favorite ceramic chip designs. Could be from private custom sets or casinos. I have more traditional tastes but am interested in seeing anything.

I'll be interested to see what folks post, I much prefer the look of clay chips or ceramic hybrids with the classic inlay/label look. I haven't found a full face printed ceramic that I really love. The Royal Yaks are pretty nice looking.

I’m not sure if I’ve seen it yet. The paymaster chips are definitely close. I don’t like the comic-ish styling, so it can’t be MY favorite. But that set definitely nails the ceramic medium.
Ceramics that copy clay chips are no good. If you want a chip that looks like a clay chip, get a clay chip.

Very nice. I agree about the flashy look. I prefer a trational look. I already have custom clays and want ceramics for artwork potential as well as they are easier to clean.

I will probably incorporate the logo in my avatar so I'm looking for a design that would compliment that.

Thanks for the compliment - the GOCC samples were my favorite and their print quality is top notch. They were also a pleasure to work with. Their art department helped me adjust one of the colors that wasn't exactly what I wanted in several of my test sample orders with no additional charges. Highly recommend GOCC for anyone in the market for ceramics.

I like the WSOP limit set Will eventually get to order. I really like the ACF ceramic hybrid set that hopefully will be able to order next year. But the fuc@&$ angry ducks? I have to have.
