A little bit of timing and luck for goes a long way. Pretty sure over the past couple of months these went from Buffalo, to Washington, to the Bay Area and ended up in Wisconsin.

*If you put up a trade thread with Tiger Arc NCV, make sure you do it right by being incredibly vague on what you want......to the point that it annoys everybody on PCF.
