Ooooooo purdy.... love that setView attachment 1393318View attachment 1393319View attachment 1393320
I finally got to open my mail. For those interested 500 43mm chips stored in 43mm Justin racks fit nicely in an Apache 4800 case.
Maybe someday they'll grow up to be a real clay set.Ooooooo purdy.... love that set
You sure thats not an apache 3800 or something? Ive got 1000 43mm + 2 racks of 50mm in a 4800, all in the same racks. Dont mean to disagree, but I think a 4800 is huge overkill for only 500 chips.View attachment 1393318View attachment 1393319View attachment 1393320

Oooops. It's not the 4800. I just opened that case to get cards and buttons out of it. I am using the 2800 for this 500 chip set.You sure thats not an apache 3800 or something? Finally added some starbursts to the collection. I may have overdone it...
Any cleaning tips? I have an US but didn't want to risk damaging the stamps as they're all well preserved. Was thinking a brief lukewarm soapy soak and then magic eraser along the edges, and around the face avoiding the recess.
They were wealthy, gigantic house, didn’t play poker anymore. It was one of four sets of chips they were selling that hadn’t been used in over a decade. The other three sets were cheap plastic chips, all listed for the same price.dude nice pickup for $45 right? amazing. did you try and get the story of why they were selling?
Looks great! Let me know if you want some more ORANGE before I sell any more.Got my value chip and some racks to go with these. Only 7 racks left to clean haha.View attachment 1393436
