Mail lady made me carry these in from the truck. Too heavy for her. Haha these were lost in transit for a few days and mail lady said “yeah I wonder why”.

Looks like both boxes blew apart and got taped back together. They even taped a loose chip to the outside of the box that made it. Haha 2,000+ chips let’s go!

I won’t mail LFRB for this reason.

For me LFRB is 800-900 chips max but you have to also tape the hell out of it and add a lot of cushion internally. Tape all the flaps, around the sides, over the tops and bottoms. I always use the thicker packaging tape too.
Double box. No empty space, especially on the corners. Tape everywhere on the outside.

I shipped many full LFRBs with no issues. It just takes effort.
 
But it’s still super heavy and pisses the postal workers off
I think with 900 chips its only around 22 or so pounds per box depending on the weight of the chips. I get what you're saying though so I do tape and pad the crap out of it to handle the journey with some possible drops and throws.
