Officially the best mail day I’ve ever had!

I just can’t get over this feeling, ever since I saw @RainmanTrail first post his Lakeshore pron when I joined and every time since which is a lot cause he loves to show them off (I can’t blame him though :D) I’ve been green with envy. Agonizing over chip perfection. I bought and sold hundreds, nay thousands, of chips trying to reach the perfect set but the Lakeshores were always there gnawing at my chipping soul. Then when he auctioned off part of his set I scrounged for funds like crazy, sold off chips at the time I never thought I would, talked to a dozens of people about possibly splitting it with me but I’m the end I fell short (touché to @navels). Months or years past, I’m not sure which it seemed like lifetimes, the auction thread was continually bumped, and a part of me was lost each time I had to relive what I though might be my only chance for possibly decades if not ever of getting a set of Lakeshores. I lived my life the best I could but always had that feeling that something was missing until one day I got a tip, a glimmer of hope, a sign from above, that there still might be a chance. I reached out, I followed it up relentlessly with no expectation of success yet with more energy than I knew I had. I made charts, I wrote essays, I pleaded, I groveled, I begged (big thank you for not getting too annoyed by me :D). Eventually one day Jim my savior got to a place where he was ready to part with some of his beloved set and was kind enough to share this greatness of chipping grail so another chipper could get a chance to live their chip dream.

Thank you again and all the best chipping karma to you Jim and everyone else who helped (@JeepologyOffroad @RocAFella1) and supported me on this endeavor, these chips blow me away and I cannot wait to love them for the rest of my life.

Is it just me, or do some Paulson chips feel better in your hands/shuffling than others?

I love the way these chips feel, which I think are THC chips and not THC... I'm still learning as much as I can, because I'm still novice.

Compared to these chips, which I don't like the feel in my hands as much... Not trying to talk about this person's chips, but the style of chips, which I believe is THC.

I don't know what the difference is between the Paulson chips... THC/THC/LHC/etc. Leaded unleaded, the BCC chips. I really don't know, but my personal opinion is I like the feel of Paulson chips that have just one ring, which is below the top hat and cane. I feel like the other Paulson chips seem grainy/light weight/plastic/not clay like. That's just my opinion, but any input from anyone else would be greatly appreciated, I would love to know how other chippers feel about different chips.

Search for THC vs RHC. Lots to read
 
Well I'm unsure if the RHC means the "reverse" hat and cane... Or from what other chippers have told me when there is a ring bellow and above the hat and cane it is THC. Either way, I have felt so many different chips, from Paulsons, BCC, TRK, etc. I personally feel like the Paulson chips that just have the one ring below the hat and cane feel the best in my opinion, I know other chippers like to go for the look/design of the poker chips. I just prefer the feel of the poker chips and not so much the look of it. But like I said, I would love to know other people's opinions of which chips they prefer to have and why they prefer that style of chip. I just thought it would be nice to get other people's opinions, especially more knowledgeable people on here.

Alright, I understand I can research myself the difference..... I'm just trying to get other people's opinions of poker chips they like and why.... Not responses saying "Search" :confused:rolleyes: I appreciate the response no matter what, but if you have a response or picture of what you personally prefer, that would be nice too :tup::cool

Thc all the way! You will not find many who rank rhc higher

If you want to know, look it up because there’s lots of opinions out there already, or just start another thread, This thread is for mail pron, not a long discussion of which chips people like. :)
 
Ok, I will just get smashed this weekend and start a new thread post about what donks prefer which chips :ROFL: :ROFLMAO: sorry for misinterpreting this thread, I was some how apart of this thread and figured I would post the discussion in here thinking it would be cool to get other people's opinions, not realizing it was just for posts of chip purchases or shipments. But thanks again for the insight @RichMahogany :rolleyes:
