A final delivery of ESPTs today gives me the notion that I may have slightly overbought them. :)

Unless he plans on taking a loss on a lot of the chips there probably won’t be too many people willing to pay the prices he did to acquire them.

Please use a lotto system.

@Windwalker have you contacted Jim at the Chiproom yet about purchasing a few drums worth of chips? Or at least the empty ones to use for storage? :ROFLMAO:

He did mention putting back to the community what he doesnt need at cost or below cost

My first Mail PrOn post. Probably not as exciting compared all the amazing chipsets being traded around here at the moment.

Backstory. My chipping adventure started about 3 months ago with me so innocently looking for a set of chips that I could host a few cash games and tourneys with some mates. After watching plenty of hobbyphillics youtube videos, I found myself on Apache's website ordering one of each of the sample sets on offer. This was before I knew PCF even existed. I was oblivious to the world I was about to enter. So in the nearly 2 months it has taken for these to arrive I have learned so much and have thoroughly enjoyed the adventure. Since this purchase I have purchased more samples sets than I know what to do with and still no closer to deciding or acquiring an actual set to play with. I have also set myself an ambitious task of hunting down a playable cash set from a local illegal casino here in Sydney that closed down nearly 30 years ago. Only time will tell whether or not that will come to fruition.

In the meantime I look forward to sharing my own chip adventure as well as sharing in everyone elses.

Note I couldn't wait to get home to open these and will share better pics when I do. In the meantime you can all have a guess what I bought.

Cheers again to all PCF members.

Edit. Back home and packets have been opened.

those minty lady lucks are so nice and the pink from the frac is so bright. i can feel the addiction setting in.

Congrats on the first mail pr0n post !
That's a milestone all chippers remember, no matter how many sets/chips we own...first pr0n is always EPIC
And samples is THE way :)

@Denali packs like a Pro. @Josh Kifer has a heart of gold.

NEVER thought I would get a rack of MINT Indian Blue! I have a worn down rack in my solids set, stepping up my game thanks to these guys!

Thank you!!
Ive got something coming you will like so I have to remember to post it here. Not paulson but its VERY close to this color and unplayed minty.
I was quickly hooked when I saw two in person and went on a hunt and got lucky a seller who had many wanted to sell them by the rack instead of the singles :P

Thanks, @Jackstraw! My big boy collection just grew to two! (39mm added for size comparison).

I always hesitate to post stories when members were super helpful or super generous, for fear of their inbox being flooded with requests for similar treatment. But @Jackstraw was kind enough not only to peel me off one chip at cost, but he also broke up his continuous run of serial numbers to send me the one number I was after... And packaging was amazing! Thanks again, @Jackstraw!

(And the Palms chip was a gift from @Sprouty... Belated shout out!)
