Yes, it is a pic of a topper...lol. I ordered a chip case but I think somebody in Jack's warehouse had one too many Foster's that day b/c this is what they sent to me. To their credit, they responded promptly, told me to just keep the topper as a goodwill gesture and are sending the correct item. I don't need a topper but it is actually very nice.

Did you order one of their soft cases? Interested in those but thought shipping would make it too expensive.

Yes the Viper 1000. Shipping was about $45. The whole thing came in just under $100 US. Keep in mind the prices on the website are Australian dollars. I had a coupon or maybe it was on sale so that knocked a little off. With the free table topper I think I’m coming out ahead now

I know. Pretty weird mixup. They said something went wrong in the warehouse with several intl. shipments so somebody else probably just got a free chip case. When they brought the box in today, I was definitely wondering how they put that case in that box…lol. They responded right away to my email so five stars for great customer service. Only bad part is it took almost a month to get the wrong order
