BtW this cost me another 2 bills - I was oogling those 25s when I was packing them up and ended up buying a rack for my set.... :ROFLMAO:
As the great @Gear Told me this weekend in person... this hobby is absolutely full of enablers! I told him that in his pocket was my 200th Silver Club $1 whilst we dug through a couple cheap bins..Bins... he found two more. I said "Don't do that Chris, if you hand me those I have to start rack #3!" He said "hmm.... here ya go!" So don't blame me when the THC Red denom set turns into another CDI sized set! It is 100% Chris's fault damn it!

Glad you decided to go for another rack Matt... they will compliment your set well! Lol

F**king Enablers!

Snagged a few more Apache racks (Matsui clones).

First, thanks to @ImCrossland for the sample set! These are on fire! Great choices Triston!

Interesting mail day indeed. I recieved 2 samples. 1 belongs to @detroitdad (veteran old school chipper) the other belongs to the guns blazing young whippersnapper @ImCrossland

Definitely can tell at 2 different levels/walks on their chipping journeys. Almost funny when you add in the age demographic here. They absolutely are Fire Triston, I know that's what you wanted and succeeded my friend! Absolutely beautiful if you like the Neon Color super bright chips... but for me a trully custom Old School themed hot stamp set utilizing oldschool TRK denominations is just bad ass! I guess it's time to face the facts that I am old! Lol

Job very well done to both of you gentlemen... but my money would got to the HHR Bourbon Basement Hot Stamps.

Side note: whomever suggested the BTP $2 for your nickle Triston, I would think hard on that one brother, I do think that would fit well here as well. I know it's not neon but mint green is nice too! So many spots going on (in a good way) that solid nickle would like nice with a little something.

Rack sent from Singapore to Norway in one week. Thanks to @fishsaybloop! One barrel cleaned and oiled.

View attachment 936306Btw does anyone have a link to a thread that shows in detail how to flatten chips? I am a moron and cant find a good thread with search function.
Nice, some of the most underrated RHCs out there.

Here's a good thread on them for some different methods. I personally would strongly recommend the heating pad method over the oven, as well as the ribbed flattening racks over any jank methods (which can cause a "lip" on the edges).

Given that I'm using solid day greens for my own re-label set, it should go without saying that I'm a fan of them. That said, I'm inclined to agree with @Ben0586 on this one. Those BTP $2s look great in that lineup. Love the red quarter, but I think I'd still love to see a 3-spot $0.25 chip in that spot too... how do we get you a rack of BTP fracs?? They'd be so amazing in this lineup.

They were certainly my first choice!
