Was just going to mention you and @Ben8257 for what Ben called them "penis chips? or was it dick chips. So long ago.....
Long live the Penis Chips!

Why do I call them that?

Well i am not mature enough to elaborate on that definition so....

When we examine the inlay closer

This strange shape of a human leaves more than one question mark... but wait...
What is that on His/Her left thigh

To me it definitely looks like the male "organ" described above... hence forth... Penis Chips!

I am no artist but I tried when we were thinking about making the Blues into $1

But we were threatened and I quote "you deserve to be kicked in the nuts if you think about murdering those shaped inlays!" So we have since decided to go with the Jerry's Nuggets which we intend to relabel and everything else remain original and use the snappers as quarters! I did add a rack of Kings Blues incase anyone is picky about using snappers but thus far no issues

For the record those that are not aware these are Original Maryland chips, very few Maryland chip sets were ever made, most for Volunteer Fire Departments, @Windwalker found the back story on these from some micro film... this man has amazing resources! It was to be a small "charity type casino" that was used improperly and shut down 3 short weeks later. It's location was Kent Island, less than an hour from us over our Bay Bridge, the fact that they were found nearly 30 years later and still in playable quantities makes them precious to us, no one knows what happened to the $1 chips, we have a couple but very few (a couple barrels) are all that are known of... the rest were purchased years ago and hiding in a private collection somewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous spot progression, but many of our games only get the low denoms in play anyways, even though we kept plenty of the higher end for inflation proofing... if that is ever really a thing. $10K in $25s is far more than we will ever and I do mean EVER need, but again one of those "once in a lifetime opportunities" might as well build a big set! Lol

"Thank you for calling TR King Co. My name is Oscar, how can I help you? Were you interested in ordering hot stamp or inlay chips, leaded or not leaded? I can help you in all kinds of ways. Let me know and I'll hook you up with some goodies. :sneaky:"

Big thanks to @TRKingChips! John, this is incredible stuff. Can't believe that I have these in my collection now. A catalog, plus TWO unused invoices, stickers, sample chips and everything. I'm so excited!

Then, a few feeeebaaayy goodies!

I caught some stills off youtube real quick. I just figured it was common knowledge, so I never made a thread or shared the info.
Think I or someone else threw it in the chips in tv/movies thread. Pretty cool though. Have most of the sample set just a few more left!

Oscar that is an incredible score. @TRKingChips is truly a unique resource for unobtanium.

I only have some chip sideboobs to contribute this week. I’m pretty sure I said I was done buying chips.

Almost forgot the other barrel of bearclaws...

I love small packages. For me, they are synonymous with big values. @WedgeRock :ninja:

Not the right day, however I received these 2 beauties this weekend. Thanks to @kk405 for his barrel and thanks to @doublebooyah85 and @JP1984 for the one they agreed to sell me!

Now I have big rebuy chips for my (HSI) $0.5-1 and $1-2 games!
All I have to do now is change the players and I'll have a perfect set! ;)
