Finally got one of these. Missing a few colors, but the hunt is always the fun part. Thanks @PocketAces

I need to find an excuse to get these two in play together - the picture doesn't do justice to how well they coordinate. Tiger secondary for the win again. Thanks @embiggens

Please think of @horseshoez if you move on from the quarters. Nice score!

I think these will play together fine. What were you thinking for the $2's? Relabeled $25's?

Originally they were going to be a backstop in case I couldn't find enough $1. I'm also a bit of a completionist when it comes to collecting, which doesn't make a ton of sense with chips, but they look cool with the others. :)

Rack of $2 that I mostly got because it is so pretty :). I need to find an excuse to get these two in play together - the picture doesn't do justice to how well they coordinate. Tiger secondary for the win again. Thanks @embiggens

I think I have those lavenders already relabeled as quarters. I can’t remember if I sold them already or not

I'm confused...didn't you just offer Starlites somewhere else?
My extras (had to take to get the sexy upper denoms) of 150/150/60 (1s/5s/25s) were added to someone else’s listing/sale per their suggestion. Very happy with the above breakdown; not typically a mega-set guy barring special circumstances.

I'm telling "someone else" you referred to him as "someone else" :ROFLMAO:

Got the new chips!

Thanks to @Benjaminotaur and @mikfin for these. I'm so glad they matched. The hardest part is determining their true color. However, a little soap, oil, and Vegas samples showed that they were yellow.
Although, the border between the colors is almost imperceptible in good lighting and oil. Especially if the chips were already in the game and are a little dirty on the edge.

If you don't mind me asking, when you mentioned you were able to get three racks, was this direct from the casino or how do people come across chips like this other than buying from a member.
Back at that time, the only way to get them out was playing blackjack, craps or the big wheel. They were extremely hawkish about them, and it was hard to get more than a few away from a table at a time. We got most of those playing the big wheel. Since that time, the World Series of poker decided to have their venue there. They opened up a humongous poker room and you could walk out with as many racks as you wanted. I dare say tens of thousands escaped.
