Good suggestionBravery comes cheap. Time to start the video and those plaques. You might want to add some blankets/pillows to that table first though...
My fav is option 4, but you will run into dirty stack issues between 25c and $1. For that reason, my vote is option 2
didnt think about that. are you (or anyone) able to snap any picks of them stacked up? I only have a sample set so its hard to tell.
No doubt. But too late for that now!Even more impressive, because the tower is clearly not straight!
thanks @BearMetal and @Poker Zombie ... its not TERRIBLE, but its something to consider. very odd because even if you purchase the set as is, 25k and 100k are right next to each other. Then again the $1 as is looks awful imo.
I wasn't a big fan of the stock $1's either. However, in person, after cleaning/oiling, they're quite nice!
with a white 100 and orange 100@Regularjohn I think that would be a nice setup. But if you're going for a cali set (since you're using a $20), what about this:
25c (Red)
$1 (Blurple)
$5 (Yellow)
$20 (Black)
$100 (Orange)
Just to see how it looks
The yellow chip has grown on me. At first, it was down on my list of preference. But after I oiled them, the yellow chip is near the top of my list. I would have a hard time actually making a list of preference, if I'm being honest.if didnt mention yet, its for a 25c/50c game. so the most common chips are 25c/1/5, with the occasional 20. so far the games havent needed a 100, rare for even 20's. So i'm just keeping that in mind too. I also really like how the yellow chip looks, so if i can use it in a 25c/1/5 line-up thats great.
I'm in the same boat. I put so much effort into building this stinking chip set, and the only time they have hit a table is when I get bored and start stacking them.I haven't yet gotten mine into play (stupid Covid)
anyone able to snap a pic of 20 red, 20 blurple, and 5 yellow on top...thats our typical starting stack
those do look pretty nice...
I found 5 more orange chips hiding in another rack! For some perspective on height, those are 15 Matsui racks. So the Tigerhawk Tower is almost 17 Matsui racks tall!
