$18 for a drain plug, $30 tire rotation that didn’t happen, $30 to wipe Clorox on the dash, etc, etc.

You only have 5502 miles on the vehicle. The oil treatment and the fuel system cleaner look highly suspicious. That is not to mention that they wanted to do an alignment on it? Do you routinely drive over curbs, or have a driver that does?
It isn't like you are driving around in the desert, you live in the DFW area.
I would also mention that with that few miles I would think that all that stuff should be covered under a new maintenance plan kind of thing.
If the second service guy says you got tooled, I would talk to a local TV investigative journalist. If they are doing this to you, you can bet they have a whole long line of victims.

Got ahold of the service manager, he refunded the plug, the tire rotation, and a bit more for the inconvenience. So worked out in the end.
He also offered up to skip that oil treatment if I plan to drive it enough that it’s less than 8 months between oil changes

Trying to redeem airline award miles. Feck you American Airlines. Costs more to upgrade a ticket using miles, than it does to purchase it outright. Wanna use miles only? Be prepared to add 12+ hours and 2 stops to the routing. Want to use some miles, and pay the rest in cash - sorry, we don't do that. FFS. Oh and you want to book a milage fare that routes through LHR? Luxury tax.
