I can't say I know how the construction hierarchy works with you as the foreman Ben, but can you go higher in the chain of command and suspend him for refusing your order, even regarding something like that?
 
Very true but I seriously have the maturity level of an average 12 year old... I seriously spent the entire time laughing uncontrollably!! I just wanted him to guy buy new pants... when he refused and wanted to work in poop pants... what am I supposed to say to that? I know he didn't take me seriously I was laughing the entire time!
 
FWIW his laugh is absolutely contagious, so I'm sure the guy didnt think he was serious... although still.... no way. I'm literally deceased...poops are terrifying. And a little hilarious
 
He didn't poop through his jeans... My guess is he sat in and smeared poop. Which makes it worse because it could've been someone else's poop.

On an unrelated note, does denim burn well, or is it better to bury it?

CDL drivers in big rigs behaving like they are in a fucking Tesla, especially in cold, wet conditions on a three lane stretch of freeway.
 
Night before SQM, decide to spend the night in Paris since wifes sister is leaving as well. Go to grab drinks, jump on train from hotel.

Cue Mr. Bandit, grabs two purses and jumps out the doors, running. Me, frantic, yelling. Her, smug smile.

I’m pissed, but she explains to me how she has read all the articles of thievery here (it is a bit rough in that regard), and that purse was her “decoy”, revealing a cross body purse under her jacket (I havent seen it the entire trip somehow wtf?).

I say dope, let me get my wallet before we get there (had handed it to her when switching jackets). Oh, your wallet. I left that in the decoy bag. :banghead: (2 CCs turned off immediately, luckily passport is in separate bag, and have to get bank card from home in the am). Buzzed rant over.

I can’t really say much being a foreigner. Much more dependent on public transit makes opportunity greater, lack of real police presence or follow up on these matters, and then there’s cultural stuff. I don’t know what’s what, but I often hear people speaking negatively about the Romani (think Gypsies).

You don’t hear much about random violent cases (brandishing weapons, armed robbery), but a shit ton of these and pickpockets.
 
On a side note, anybody know if you can rent a car in the US without your drivers license? Legal, good standing DL, just no physical copy now. Can they look me up by DLN?

That's a big NO. If you can't show a physical copy of your DL at the counter, they will not rent to you.

Well there goes that. Weird, since I can have an old or now suspended license (but still have the valid one one me), but I can’t forge online documentation (maybe they just don’t have access to that).

@detroitdad effed up. I’ll pay your Uber. Or whoever those mustache people are.
