It's a lot more infectious, though, in relation to debit/credit cards.
Even the latter's "no-PIN" buying limit has been raised here from 25 to 50E, to avoid touching the machine with your fingers.

Last time I did a jigsaw puzzle, I used a hammer to make every piece fit.

I was quite proud of my Picasso-like work. My mother was of mixed feelings. Pissed, because I "destroyed" a jigsaw puzzle, but pleased that her single-digit aged son knew the works (or at least the later style of) Picasso.

Either way, I was banned from the puzzles.

Amazon prices are crazy for jigsaw puzzles ($50+). Target's selection sucks. Walmart has a good selection and good prices, but delivery was expected on April 27. WTF?!
I wanted to buy some Scotch tape. Ran out.

I'm a heavy Amazon shopper, and they wanted me to wait till Apr.26.

Apparently, Amazon is "prioritizing" the delivery times in order of what they deem necessary or "important". So times of delivery are being adversely affected for things that they think aren't essential or required. This what the disclaimer says.

Went down to Staples and got the tape. For less money actually.

BS

Man leaving the house because "scotch tape" is essential...
I'm still working. I've been working. I have to leave my house. No choice. Essential critical infrastructure workforce job.

So a trip to Staples is not a big deal. I'm already forced to expose myself to the threat.

So for me, ya, essential reasons to leave the house have become blurry. It is what it is.

I too have an essential job as a retail pharmacist....definitely in harms way. It will be bullshit if I show up to work in a 3M N95 mask and people give me shit for it.....
My buddy who’s a pharmacist at a VA medical center was told by his supervisors that he couldn’t wear a mask, not even a mask he brought on his own. Total BS.

F THAT. I got people coughing in my f*cking face.....RIDICULOUS. Also, my wife has asthma and has been a smoker for 20 years....recently quit. I can't give this to her and end up ALL ALONE.

Who would give you shit for that? People aren’t taking it seriously enough. Over here they’ve turned our local exhibition centre into a 1,000 bed field hospital and our biggest ice rink into a morgue. Same sort of thing is happening worldwide. They’re not doing that for a laugh.
Anyway stay safe mate. People forget the pharmacists but they’re as important as all the other healthcare workers. Hope your work is putting up Perspex screens at the tills and insisting on contactless Payment’s.

Well, I'd be telling that supervisor to pound sand... and from behind my mask at the time. Fuck you, buddy -- take unnecessary risks with your own life.
