Am I the only one that likes sweet potatoes, asparagus, and beets all together?

Apparently about 30% of the population finds that cilantro tastes like soap. I have 2 friends who have this strong reaction to it. The funny thing is, one can't stand it for that reason, and the other loves it for that reason. Weird.

I think it tastes like a piece of rusty iron -- not that I know what a piece of rusty iron tastes like, but it makes sense considering that I experience a metallic aftertaste for up to 24 hours after eating cilantro and nothing -- NOTHING -- can make it go away. Blech!
