The owner does not know the brand but said to stop by and take a look. Maybe they are in a warehouse or something otherwise he is just super lazy. Thoughts? 15$ each OBO

Depends on budget imo. If you don't like the idea of spending $200-300 for 10 chairs, this is probably the best you'll get in the $15 each range.

I would prefer fabric to vinyl and would probably buy these if I were in the market for budget chairs.

Okay, thanks. I was going to offer 10$ per but definitely not keen on the color of them!

Personally the color wouldn't bother me. I'd get on these if you're already stretching at $15 per. I think I paid something similar for very similar used chairs back in the day when I was first getting my room together and that was an absolute steal at that time.

I'll see what he says. They've got to be better than the metal foldouts I'm using now

They'll do if you need them and can't/won't put up the cash for better - chairs like these are very common on CL (at least here they are) and $15 each would be pretty generous for them - I've got 3 different sets and don't think I paid more than $10 per for any of them (I once got a dozen for $60.)

The problem with trying to do better than these is you either have to spend a TON more (like $100+ per chair) if you want a really significant upgrade or still spend a lot ($40 per) for only a marginal upgrade - until you finally find the right deal (took me a LONG time.) :)

Yes if you are a little patient you can score good deals on CL. I got 15 stackable padded chairs @ $25 for the lot. 2 yrs ago and still haven't hosted a game since.

Are the banquet chairs much better than the Hercules folding chairs?

I have 22 of these stackable chairs and would recommend them as a budget purchase.

Those are the ones I have too, They're fine for 5-8 hour sessions, even with BIG guys...
