Lot E is also listed as a "poker chip hot stamping machine"!

The same model of chip(?) stamped as Lot E can be found on eBay but with all accessories, mintier condition.

I don't know anything about the models. I thought the first photo was the same kind that you had. I think Kingsley does make chip stampers, but idk the models.

As Mike pointed out, the poker chip one is lower on the list and quite a bit more expensive.
