I am looking at Tinas and Chiplab samples. For me the chiplabs are a bit heavier and slightly larger, the tinas seem to be a bit more consistent. It also appears the customizable inlay on the chiplabs is a bit bigger. The Tinas seem to be the go to option here and the greek and web molds add a ton of class and a real casino feel. I think the chiplabs would be a decent amount more but both could come out looking solid. I would love some feedback from anyone that has felt both or any further insight to help push me one direction or the other. Thanks!

Had chip lab chips a few years back. Over priced, don’t like the sound. Hate how heavy they were. They will do the job in a pinch.

Tina group buy chips are a happy medium. Good weight, customizable (colors and inlay), sound decent for price and what they are.

No contest id choose Tina’s over chip lab. My only positive to chip lab is you can order anytime and customer service was great for me. But id be patient and just buy in a group buy. Whatever quantities you think you need, add another 25-50 so you don’t end up needing more and having to wait 2-3 months.

So I decided to get a bit more scientific vs. anecdotal. The Tina samples I have were all 38.5mm outer diameter with a 26.5mm Inlay and weighed 8.5-9g. The Chiplabs are 39.6mm with a 29mm inlay and weighed 13-14g.
When the chiplabs came in at that weight, I wanted to look closer. So I cut it open and found that it is a metal slugged center. While better than the dice chips I currently have this isn't really the step up I am looking for in my first decent set of chips let alone customes that I plan to have for quite some time.
