Upcoming molds......... (9 Viewers)

Tried to use the search to find the answer to this but wasn’t finding the answer I was looking for. For those of you that have done add on orders and gotten more quantity of the exact chip you had ordered in the past, can you tell any difference between the batches once the chips are in play? Trying to decide if my OCD will be able to handle if you can see a slight color difference if anything like that is noticeable.
I did not see any difference in my recent add-ons but they were only a year apart.

« BDiamond was planned to run from early October for maybe 2 months and the grinder issue should be fixed by the time they’ve been made. »

Just submitted my CSQ NUTS expansion order.

I'm 5th in the order queue. Production tentatively scheduled for March, with a cutoff date sometime in December.

Also, I asked David about the printing anomaly that happened with my labels, and he confirmed that what happened was due to a setting that was turned "off" or was "unlocked", and the same thing will be done with my expansion order to give each chip a little bit of differentiation.

In fact, he said, "We print 300 on a sheet so you may not even find 2 the same." Which is just awesome.

I may have also just contacted David for a tiny add-on to an existing set. (easier to order more chips than to fix my spinners/bubbled labels)

Yes. I believe all FDL orders are produced but are waiting for the grinder issue to be resolved before they can be shipped.
Yes indeed, David told me that the grinder should be fixed by the end of the B-mold run (within the next two months ??) any pending orders will send around the same time, it won't take long to catch up on those

Do you know for sure if they’ve all been produced? I put in an order right after the final cutoff but before he notified of the grinder issue. Originally he said that order would go in next years run but he almost immediately sent me proofs since I had artwork and everything ready. Had my fingers crossed that maybe it snuck in this go round. I already had an add on order that is for sure coming in this batch but hoped maybe they would all come together.

There’s no rhyme or reason to when you get proofs back. Has nothing to do with production order. It’s when David and his team have time to review them.
